A3cf and The Region of Durham invites the general public to the 2023 Emancipation Day celebration

The Region of Durham hosted a very successful 2023 Emancipation Day event with the theme of ” Liberation, Legacy and Progress ” at Ajax. A3CF was one of the community organization partners at the event.
